The Lux Academy, Lux's international Management and Leadership Training program is both designed and administered by the Lux head office. Training at the Lux Academy is very exclusive, with only 8-10 people per year invited into the program.

The Academy meets twice per year in different parts of the world, for 5 or 7 days at a time. Academy curriculum is focused primarily on leadership training, people management, and motivational skills, and includes seminars and training led both by Lux's top managers and by external consultants and specialists.
